We are in a Service industry and we need to instill in everyone, Drivers to Booking Staff that our Customers are ultimately paying our wages so we need to look after them as best we can. Don't forget if you lose a Customer generally they will also tell there friends and family so you end up losing more than you would think. It is also worth noting that your Drivers are also your Customers as they pay in each week, the phrase I use when looking at attitudes towards drivers, is that you should be firm but fair.
